We advised earlier in the week of an open letter being sent to Club Chairman Jock Brown outlining a number of concerns and again extending an invitation of the supporters association organising a fans’ forum to allow the club to address these. We expect most supporters will be aware that Club Owner Seref Zengin released a statement yesterday announcing Jock has stepped down from his role due to health reasons. We wish Jock all the best in dealing with his health issues.
Following the announcement, the only remaining director at the club, Gerry Strain, reached out to the supporters association to offer a communication channel. While Gerry is supportive of fans’ forums, one will not be organised at present.
Gerry has agreed to formally respond to the open letter we sent to the club earlier this week, although he won’t be able to address all matters due to legal reasons. The letter we sent is again shared below.
We will share the formal response with our members and mailing list once we receive this and any further information at that point.
We would like to thank everyone who has been in touch in recent days and we hope we have managed to respond to everyone. Again, if anyone wishes to join the supporters association you can do so here
