OUR COMMITTEE
The ASA Committee
At our inaugural AGM on 4th June 2025, the following fans were elected as representatives to sit on the ASA Committee:
Chair: currently unfilled
Vice Chair: Brandon Coghill (also Join Chair)
The Vice Chair serves as the Chair’s deputy, filling in during their absence and supporting them by acting as a sounding board and taking on delegated tasks. This role assists the Chair in managing a potentially heavy workload and helps to ensure the Committee runs efficiently by supporting leadership.
Treasurer: Colin Hamilton (also Joint Chair)
The Treasurer is responsible for the financial supervision of the ASA to allow the Committee. The role involves the preparation of annual budget and monitoring the Association’s revenue and expenditure.
Communications: Ewan Summers
The Communications Officer is the voice of the ASA, responsible for keeping members informed, promoting it publicly and raising its profile through media and community engagement.
Secretary: Lewis Gilpin
The Secretary is responsible for the documentation of the Committee’s activities with tasks including: preparing agendas and taking and distributing minutes.
Co-opted Committee
We also have a Co-opted Committee who help fill skill gaps in the Committee, bring diversity of perspectives and new ideas or to provide independent advice or oversight. Current Co-optees are:

- Carolann Guthrie
- David Equi
- John Paterson
- Ross Latimer
We plan to hold official elections in the near future.
