Our Plan for Accies Fans
WHAT WE'LL DO
Representation and Advocacy
The ASA will act as a collective voice for Accies fans by:
- Hosting quarterly meetings with Accies fans
- Representing the interest of fans when dealing with the club
- Providing feedback on policies, matchday experiences and other matters that affect Accies fans
- Campaigning for improvements such as better facilities, fair ticket pricing and accessibility
Organising Events and Activities
The ASA will plan and manage events that will bring fans together.
- Pre-match gatherings or viewing parties
- Fundraising events such as raffles or charity matches
- Travel coordination, helping fans attend away games or special events
- Social activities, including dinners, quizzes or networking meetups
Community Building
The ASA will foster a sense of community by:
- Creating a welcoming environment for new supporters
- Providing opportunities for members to connect through shares passion
- Maintain online forums, newsletters and social media groups for communication and updates
Fundraising and Financial Support
The ASA will support our club with specific projects directed by you, our members. These may include:
- Funding for youth development programmes or grassroots initiatives
- Contributing to stadium improvements or purchasing equipments
- Supporting charities or local community projects aligned with our club’s values
Club Communications
The ASA will strive to serve as a bridge between Accies fans and the club through:
- Engaging in regular dialogue with club officials
- Representing Accies fans on the club’s board
- Creating greater transparency and accountability and club decision making
Preservation and Heritage and Tradition
The ASA will preserve the culture and history of our club by:
- Organising events to celebrate anniversaries and milestones
- Maintaining archives, memorabilia and historical records
- Advocating for decisions that represent our club’s identity and values
- Ensuring our club’s return to Hamilton
